Scope of Service: Impact Homes does not perform the inspections directly. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the inspection services will be conducted by one of our partnered roofing contractors. Impact Homes acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary between you and the contractors.

Ownership and Permission: In order to sign up for an inspection, you must be the owner or have proper authorization to manage the property being inspected. You agree to obtain permission from the owner, if necessary, before signing up for an inspection.

Partnership Services: Our partnered roofing contractors offer free, no-obligation roof inspections. They are experienced, licensed, and insured professionals in their respective fields. While we strive to work with reputable contractors, Impact Homes does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of their services.

Alternative Contractor: In the event that you encounter any issues with the contractors or the inspection process, please contact Impact Homes immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative company for the inspection if necessary. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the inspection process or contractor selection.

Liability for Damages: If any damage occurs during the inspection, please contact the construction company directly. The construction company will be solely responsible and liable for any damages caused during the inspection process. Impact Homes shall not be held accountable for any such damages.

Request Process: You understand that submitting this form does not guarantee an immediate inspection. The scheduling of inspections will be subject to the availability of our partnered roofing contractors. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule the inspection in a timely manner.
